Hi there, I see you have stumbled across my blog…

In this day and age there is so much debate over what’s good for our bodies, what we should eat, what time we should eat, what we shouldn’t eat, how we should eat it, what we should look like, how much we should eat, when to exercise, ect.

There is so much expectation and worry that we find ourselves comparing and wanting to “look like that”, “be like her/him” which leads us to forget about ourselves. We get swept up in what is claimed to be “beautiful”.

Now I am no dietician or health expert, this is a journey for me as well as you but I  aim to inspire and educate you about a healthy lifestyle. A lifestyle that isn’t just about fuelling your body with the right foods but also a having healthy mindset.

With this healthy mindset you have the power to achieve anything you put your mind to.

So put society’s idea of “beautiful” in the past, its time to focus on yourself.

Because do you know what’s beautiful? You are. You are here, right now, on this earth with the ability to put anything your mind thinks of into action.

And that’s frickin awesome.
