I am always on the prowl for more delicious places in Melbourne to eat. I had been told about this place called Spud Bar which instantly appealed to me, I mean potatoes and toppings!!?? YUMMM! So, recently whilst in the city, I was determined to check it out and oh boy I was not disappointed. I’m talking bowls as big as my face filled with scrumptious fluffy potatoes topped with endless toppings. Definitely satisfying to say the least.
Since my first trip, I have re visited Spudbar three times to be served up mouthwatering meals each time. And let me tell you, if you like fast service, get your fine self down to Spudbar now because they will have your bowl of goodies ready before you’ve paid!
Being someone who likes to stick to what the know is delicious, I have always gone for the Bean Chilli & Salsa bowl with sweet potato and normal white potato, no sour cream or cheese but an extra scoop of avo because come on, avocado is life. But don’t worry there are heaps of other options available to satisfy anyone’s taste buds and for such a cheap price, everyone’s smiling!
Sooo, if your mouth is watering and you simply can’t bare not to dive into a delicious bowl of carby goodness, just head down to one of Spudbar’s locations listed below (I like to visit the one in the Emporium).
